About the Position:
This position is with the Asset Management Branch located in Arizona. Phoenix is known for its year-round sun and warm temperatures, and being known as the Valley of the Sun, based on its sprawling, multi-city metropolitan area. Also known for high-end spa resorts, Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses and vibrant nightclubs; along with other highlights to include the Desert Botanical Garden.
Phoenix Salary Range - $37,728-$49,050 Per Annum

As a Realty Assistant your typical work assignments may include the following: providing technical assistance, clerical, and computer support contributing to the accomplishment of the Real Estate mission for designated customers. Perform technical assistance work related to the acquisition, management, and/or disposal of real property. Perform administrative duties to the Arizona Branch Chief, Asset Management Division to include preparing Requests for Personnel Actions (RPAs); serves as government credit cardholder; serves as Branch training coordinator; prepares travel orders and vouchers; and Posts all new tracts and new/revised legal description information to the Real Estate Management Information System (REMIS), extracting data from outgoing correspondence and routes to all other employees requiring the information prior to a new file being establishTravel Required
