This vacancy is for an Administrative Clerk (OA) position located in one of the U.S. Census Bureau's Regional Offices.

This position will be filled as a Temporary Appointment NTE January 31, 2018.

Relocation expenses will not be paid.

The work schedule for this position is Mixed Tour. With a mixed tour work schedule an employee may be changed between full-time, part-time and intermittent work scheduled to accommodate fluctuating workloads and is subject to a signed agreement.

Duties

The individual selected for this position will:
  • Prepare and audit travel orders, vouchers, and claims for local reimbursement.
  • Prepare payroll (such as Time and Attendance) records.
  • Perform leave audits to assure accurate annual and sick leave balances.
  • Perform personnel activities such as issuing identification badges and reviewing processing paperwork for errors.
