AHCA/NCAL’s #WhyICare workforce campaign broadcasts the stories of individuals who work in long term care, sharing what inspires them about their careers and how they got to where they are today.

This week, we’re pleased to introduce Josh Theis, Senior Executive Director. Originally seeking a degree in business administration, Josh decided he wanted to pursue a more rewarding career path. After speaking with his professor about becoming a healthcare administrator, he switched his major and fell in love with the long term care profession.
