A secondary school diploma.
Degree equivalency
Experience communicating with a diverse client base (clients, family members, or stakeholders, etc).
Experience in preparing reports (including activities such as extracting, compiling, analyzing information and making recommendations).

Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Degree equivalency
Experience as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces.
Experience in dealing with the Canadian Armed Forces military culture.
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Experience in Conflict Resolution.
Experience operating VAC Client Service Delivery Network (CSDN) and Federal Health Care Programs and Services (FHCPS) programs.
