Are you customer-oriented and enjoy working with members of the public? In this high volume front-line customer service environment, you will have the opportunity to liaise with various clients in processing International Registration Plan (IRP) applications and documents to help ensure road user safety.
• provide accurate and timely information and customer service when responding to a high volume of enquiries from the public and various client groups
• process a variety of transactions related to the International Registration Plan (IRP)
• calculate and collect fees for Ontario, other ministries and other IRP jurisdictions
• provide professional service to all clients and stakeholders
• You have consulting skills to effectively liaise with government offices and external clients
• You can deal with distressed and irate customers
• You have good judgement, problem solving abilities and pay attention to details
• You are able to interpret and apply related legislation (such as the Highway Traffic Act) to resolve client problems, license vehicles and assist carriers in completion of documents
• You have excellent mathematical skills to calculate and collect appropriate fees

Financial Skills
