What can I expect to do in this role?

In this role, you can expect to:
• Provide outstanding customer service to a diverse client base; on phone, written and in person
• Maintain up to date filing, both hard copy and electronic
• Provide full administrative support to the manager
and office
• Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records
• Prepare office reports and documents as needed

• You have strong organizational skills to effectively manage your workload
• You can work independently and as part of a team

• You are proficient with computer software applications and databases
