This permanent-full time position is an exceptional opportunity to become a member of the Financial Solutions team, where you will be responsible for the coordination, administration and support of programs and business activities. You will also coordinate the collection of data for reporting purposes, prepare documentation, and communicate with clients to obtain and provide information.
How You Will Be Contributing
- Supporting the activities of a team responsible for the delivery and administration of programs and business activities.
- Monitoring business activity and conducting an analysis of applications/requests to ensure compliance with program guidelines and policies, and to identify issues, solutions and efficiencies.
- Making recommendations for approvals, courses of action for non-standard requests, and processes documentation or data such as applications/requests, commitments, and payment requisitions.
- Coordinating processing and administrative functions.
- Coordinating important business activities and functions including meetings, travel, communications, event logistics and procurement.
- Supporting functional teams in tracking and monitoring budgets and/or reporting activities.
- Coordinating the collection of data for the production of status reports and other reports as needed by management.
- Ensuring all documentation is in place in accordance with business requirements.
- Managing the coordination of action items and decisions and follows up with the management team to ensure appropriate actions are taken.
- Validating and ensuring accuracy of data inputted into system.
- Preparing documentation to maintain efficient running of programs and business activities, such as reports, letters to clients and business agreements.

- College diploma in a related field and a minimum two (2) years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a program delivery/administration environment.
- Demonstrated experience planning and managing projects with conflicting priorities.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely
- Strong analytical and intuitive skills. Ability to reason logically, evaluate strengths and weaknesses of proposals and sense the impact of specific courses of action.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral), including the ability to speak and write clearly and succinctly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills (tact, judgment, diplomacy, flexibility).
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and take decisive action.
