Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates of Malawi origin to fill the following vacant position tenable in the Company.

Security Sergeant 

Person Specification:

• Malawi School Certificate of Education or its equivalent
• No criminal record
• Physically and mentally fit
• Good command, control and supervisory skills
• Investigations and intelligence skills
• Between 30 and 40 years of age
• Hardworker and ready to work during odd hours
• Those with military or police background will have an added advantage

Job Specification

• Supervising Guard Commanders and Guards at duty station
• ln-charge of all security operations at duty station
• Inspecting Security equipment and facilities and handling defects
• Conducting investigations and reporting cases to police
• Ensuring that the station property and premises are secure
• Devising rosters, detailing daily duties and compiling monthly Security reports
• Giving advice/guidance to station management on security matters.
