About the Position:
This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-APF-W1E8AA USA INTELLIGENCE CTR/FORT HUACHUCA.

As Administrative Support Assistant (OA), independently performs a variety of tasks relative to the Security Assistance Training Program at the International Military Student Office, 304th Military Intelligence Battalion, 111th Military Intelligence Brigade, U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence. Receives incoming calls and visitors. Personally answers questions pertaining to specific visits, briefings, and conferences within area of responsibility. Composes routine office correspondence including letters, memorandums for record (MFR), rosters, and endorsements (letters, memoranda for record, agendas, lists, etc., relative to tasks at hand). Purchases appropriate goods and services in support of the Informational Program.Travel Required
