Summary

The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is United States Citizens and Non-Citizens and eligible Non-Citizens within the local commuting area defined as Monterey County, San Benito and Santa Cruz County. (Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) Preference eligible candidates are included in the area of consideration.)

This position is located at Hobson Recreation Center. Hobson Recreation Center is a facility that provides a large variety of events and services for Active Duty Military members and their guests.

Duties

- Assists the Facility Manager in the overall operation of a recreation facility. Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory

- Provides information and general instruction on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery.

- Assists in setting up for contractors, events, athletic activities, and related functions.

- Issues/Receives equipment to authorized users.

- Cleans and performs minor maintenance on facility equipment.

- Other duties as assigned.
