About the Position:As a Realty Clerk (Office Automation), you will provide administrative and clerical support to your organization.
About the Organization:This announcement is advertising positions for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Real Estate Region South Division's New Orleans.

Duties


As realty clerk (office automation), you will serve as the office assistant performing administrative and clerical duties in support of the office. Duties include, but are not limited to , planning and assembling various realty documents, reviewing reports and documents for completeness and clerical accuracy, compiling and maintaining statistical reports, typing and preparing correspondence and reports to both internal and external requests for information, securing ownership information via research of tax rolls, obtaining copies of and filing property conveyance instruments, using various web-based search engines to secure information to assist in office actions.
