The Malawi Network of Older Persons Organizations is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following existing vacancies:

PROGRAMME OFFICER

Required knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications:

Degree in Development Studies, Economics, Project Management or related field
At least a minimum of 5 years of experience in senior management roles
Demonstrated track record in driving change, with ability to lead and develop others
Demonstrated experience in designing and leading strategic planning processes
Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidates.

MONITORING, EVALUATION & LEARNING OFFICER

Required knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications:

University Degree in Social Sciences
At least a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional work experience
Demonstrated track record in managing surveys

DRIVER

Required knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications:

MSCE and at least 8 years working experience as a driver
Valid driving license, class Passenger Service Vehicle (PSV) license, and a proof of training in defensive driving
Flexible to work at odd hours and over weekends as needed
