Every year, NCAL strives to meet our mission of leading the assisted living profession through public policy advocacy, knowledge, education and professional development. In 2016, NCAL fulfilled its mission through persistent progress—the focus of the association’s digital annual report.

Some of the accomplishments highlighted in the annual report include:

• Exceeding membership growth goals
• Record breaking AL participation in the AHCA/NCAL Quality Awards Program
• Adding 4 new AL measures to LTC Trend Tracker
• Advocating for additional guidance in regards to the HCBS Final Rule
• The 10th anniversary of NCAL Day at the AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo

This year’s annual report also features a video message from Executive Director Scott Tittle, discussing not just highlights from 2016, but offering perspective on what may come in 2017.

AHCA also released its digital annual report. As a united association, we are improving lives by delivering solutions for quality care.
