For the program manager, volunteer program coordinator
The Korea International Cooperatives Agency Tanzania Country Office
the donor agency of the Republic of Korea for Official Development Assistance is seeking the eligible applicants for the followings position

DESCRIPTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PROGRAM MANAGER
She will manage the portfolio of KOIKA bilateral country projects by coordinating the necessary activities and ensuring activities and quality management by cooperating with partners

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate  and conduct activities for a timely management of the projects
• Monitor activities and progress evaluating  results and migrating risk of the projects
• Communicate with partners , government, implementing partners, UN organization’s donor partners
• Other related activities to ensure  the quality management

VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
Will regard in demanding mandated to general work related KOICA volunteer program with regard in demanding survey of organizations dispatch volunteer to each region and manage volunteers overall activity

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Operate overall KOICA’s volunteer program and manage national volunteer program coordinators
•    Liaise with relevant organizations  relating to volunteer program
•    Prepare needful document and translate document from Kiswahili into English

QUALIFICATIONS
ESSENTIAL
-    Excellent proficiency in English and Swahili both spoken and written full proficiency in MS World excel and communication skills

PROGRAM MANAGER
Minimum 7 years working in international organizations development organizations (NGO, UN, etc)


VOLUNTEER PROGRAM COORDINATOR
MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE in related field/diploma in high school a degree especially business studies community development human resources management social care youth social work background will be added advantages
