Job Description One of our largest national clients is looking to add to their team in the pharm tech industry to assist in there health care insurance department.Responsibilities:Scheduling of customer orders by phone. Reviewing pertinent patient info and noting in operating system. Ensuring timely dispensing so as to compliance of therapy. Working with various internal and external departments including but not limited to Admissions, Billing, Pharmacy, Medicaid and private payors.* Responds to telephone inquiries and orders from home care patients and referral sources. * May assist walk-in patients with the selection of equipment, supplies and services. * Processes telephone orders by preparing patient paperwork. * Verifies insurance and/or other method of payment. * Completes all necessary paperwork in an accurate and efficient manner to facilitate the data entry, accounts receivable and delivery of the order placed. * May perform data entry. * Distributes copies of paperwork to appropriate personnel. * Resolves patient complaints by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action.��Skills:Previous pharm tech or customer service experienceMust have Pham tech license and be nationally certified in the state of MI����About Aerotek:Our people are everything.
