Job Description PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Project ManagementCommunicate with technician, sales personnel and Service manager of schedule and progress of project. Work with customer to schedule work and follow-up to assure satisfaction. Manage project to meet or exceed established margin while meeting customer needs and expectations. Price up all project opportunities and present to customer in a timely manner which includes utilizing the project pricing procedures. HVAC Project Sales Provide bookings at annual goal Qualify prospects, make effective presentations, answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner Aggressively manage quotes to close sales Utilize North Boundary for all quoting Price up all project opportunities and present to customer in timely manner. This includes utilizing the project pricing procedure with review by Service Manager. Include member of management team in joint calls as appropriate. Review project pricing for accuracy. Client Site (may work outside in adverse weather conditions for short periods of time and ability to follow all customer safety and site requirements) Up to 10% travel required SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:4 year degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience. Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to discipline. Ability to perform calculations either manually or with calculator. Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others. Technical ability to assess situations and provide solutions. Customer focused and has the desire to do whatever it takes to take care of the customer. Recognize energy conservation opportunities and make the customer aware. Always working on best solution for each customer, quickly, correctly, and with a helpful attitude. *CB
