Duties
Produces varied administrative reports, technical papers, correspondence or written documents which may require incumbent to modify existing documents or to devise new methods to integrate data from different types of software into a single document. Produces a variety of recurring reports, charts, slides, awards, certificates and statistical data utilizing various types of software including word processing, database applications, Microsoft Office, email, communications, spreadsheets and calendars. Transmits large amounts of information and generate cumulative, statistical, tabular, narrative and graphic reports. Acts as a primary point of contact for all personnel who experience problems using computers or video terminals. Manages, maintains and inputs all records as defined by the Chief Nurse or Specialty Service Registered Nurses. Ensures operating room receives buck slips for operating room procedures daily. Inventories and orders supplies and publication.
